Read about your Frank’s Red Hot Bread, and about how you buy Frank’s Hot Sauce. I do the same, I store mine in glass quart jars (old spaghetti sauce jars (Classico)). I also have to kick some of mine up a notch or two here or there by adding 90,000 cayenne, chipotle, & or habanero powder to it, and use an immersion blender to mix. Gotta let it set for a bit though for the heat and flavor to blend and build. Check it out, it will knock your socks off.
